THE VACANCY
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our thriving, well performing team.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills focused on delivering a right first-time approach, that delivers on performance and has the customer at the heart of everything you do.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to work within our Programme and Survey Team. To deliver effective communication and comprehensive administration skills.
It is essential that candidates can demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
