We have a permanent full-time (37 hours) vacancy for a Business Support Assistant whose primary role will be to support the work of the Health Visiting and School Nursing Teams within East Cornwall. This includes St Austell up to Saltash/Torpoint. The role supports clinical colleagues and ensures timely communications with service users and partner agencies. It will involve a combination of office and home working, including supporting operational colleagues at Family Hubs.
The successful applicants will need to be able to deliver or assist in the delivery of a range of administrative tasks which will include the use of spreadsheets, the mail merging of documents, the inputting and updating of information on a Case Management system, diary management, arranging meetings, note-taking and the booking of training for staff. This role is very varied but full support and training will be given.
Whilst the location/work base for this role will be specified, our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to work remotely (e.g. from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.
