Key Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties including stock taking, invoicing, and record-keeping.
Data entry into QuickHR, QBO, and other software.
Support business / operation for documents, reports, and other materials.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin.
