Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive business and HR administration support across the organisation
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including the distribution of policies, toolbox talks, and equipment
  • Update and maintain internal databases, HR systems, and training records
  • Monitor the expiry and renewal of employee qualifications and certifications
  • Support with the implementation of internal projects (e.g. new ERP system)
  • Handle asset management - logging and distributing office equipment and materials
