Obtain the signed CBT Beneficiary Redemption Lists, or MTC NIDAS system reports for each distribution cycle and ensure that they are properly validated (signed, stamped and arithmetically accurate). Obtain the CBT retailer Invoices for each cycle and confirm that they are arithmetically accurate, and tax compliant. Cross check the retailer invoices against the signed CBT Redemption list or the MTC NIDAS system report and prepare an excel summary indicated the total verified invoice value, and the total number households that received assistance. The summary report of cleared invoices should be printed, signed off and submitted to the supply chain and finance staff (associates/assistants) for review and approval. The summary report should also contain details of all exceptions, that is indicate all instances where the CBT Beneficiary Lists/MTC NIDAS system report are not in congruence. Contact the retailers and the field teams to resolve all exceptions that were highlighted for each cycle and liaise with the supply chain and finance staff (associates/assistants) to ensure that there is a timely resolution for any disputes. Respond to simple routine queries with readily available support to senior staff, and escalate where appropriate, in order to provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries. Support the maintenance of office files, documents and records in accordance with established systems and processes, so that information is current and readily available for staff. Undertake standard data entry tasks in accordance with defined systems, to ensure information is organised and readily available. Assist in creating simple images or information using standardised templates, such as graphs or tables to support the drafting of reports for staff.
