Responsibilities
  • Producing promotional packs and proposals, contracts for New Business sales and Customer Success upsells in an accurate and timely manner
  • Verifying Sales handover documents, adding to KPIs and processing through to Customer Success
  • Setting up new clients on the platform including adding credit blocks, services and credit reference agencies.
  • Verifying and validating renewals and upsells for Customer Success
  • Client International Check Request ordering and processing including additional due diligence to the returned report
  • Countersigned agreements recorded and stored on the system admin area and client folder
  • Dealing with individuals with SAR queries both over the phone and email
  • Assisting the wider teams with technical questionnaires and surveys
  • Answering telephone calls professionally, and directing them in an appropriate way
  • Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments during their visit
  • Ensuring the office is presentable, tidy, warm and welcoming for all visitors
  • Checking all meeting rooms on a regular basis and clearing when necessary
  • Managing outgoing post from all departments including grouping, franking and Sending letters for Credit Control
  • Uploading and updating welcome screens for visitors
  • Providing support to other staff as needed
  • Scanning, photocopying, binding and managing internal administration where necessary
