Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Business Support Associate that helps the organization run smoothly. It includes a mix of strategic and administrative tasks that keep everything functioning behind the scenes. At Scaler, this role goes beyond standard office admin, you’ll help shape how we work, and our culture.This is a great opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, curious, and eager to grow alongside the company. You’ll be responsible for running two offices, one onsite in the Netherlands and one remotely in the USA, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for our global team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage schedules, preparing for internal and external meetings, and handle logistics with care
  • Be the go-to for day-to-day questions, tasks, and requests — from small fixes to big projects
  • Work with external IT support to handle hardware and software needs
  • Own procurement and vendor relationships, from ordering laptops to reviewing vendor contracts
  • Handle documentation, light reporting, and make sure things don’t fall through the cracks
  • Book travel, process expenses, and keep financial admin tidy and timely
  • Help ensure workplace safety and compliance.
