  • Utilise basic office IT software and council-specific systems effectively.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing statistical, performance, and routine information.
  • Support routine business activities related to finance, HR, customer support, and general administration.
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and maintain schedules as needed.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, assisting internal and external customers via face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
  • Operate standard office machinery, including binders, laminators, fax machines, photocopiers, and shredders.
