We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic CEFA team at Scotland. Remote working 37.5 hrs per week.
In this role, you will provide a whole range of business support services to a team in CEFA Asset Management including fatigue data management. This will enable the relevant CEFA route / Asset Management team to maximise efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
This role offers you the unique opportunity to join the main structural examination provider for Network Rail.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate all business support activities in the business area to ensure delivery to deadlines.
  • Fatigue data management
  • Assist in the preparation of the local roster for the availability of staff.
  • Plan and develop administrative procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the team.
  • Provide business information / reports as necessary to operational management team to aid decision making.
  • Process operational paperwork and compile reports as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
