What you will be doing We’re on the hunt for a proactive, approachable, detail-driven go-getter to join our team at Auckland Airport as a Business Support Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the glue that keeps things running smoothly - managing travel coordination, facilities, high-impact admin, and stakeholder engagement. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of the action, solving problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be sitting within the follow areas: Departmental and Travel Support: Coordinate travel (flights, accommodation, vehicles), manage pool car bookings and maintenance, track WOF and fire extinguisher renewals Calendar and Meeting Management: Schedule and organize recurring meetings, book rooms, set agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions for key stakeholder meetings. Office and Facilities Management: Oversee mail services, stationery orders, kitchen supplies, facility maintenance, and manage office equipment repairs, recycling programs, and first aid supplies Procurement and Administrative Support: Process invoices, raise purchase orders, manage supplier accounts, and handle team reimbursements and secure document storage. Stakeholder and Event Coordination: Act as the primary contact for contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and coordinate logistics for internal events, office moves, and meeting room bookings. Continuous Improvement & Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities, monitor service usage, and promote health, safety, and wellbeing by ensuring safe work practices and incident reporting.
