As a Business Support Coordinator you will: Be responsible for the successful delivery of business support services within the team Assist with general office and facilities management, Provide ad hoc support to company groups, initiatives, events management functions, individuals or group, Ensure the confidentiality of strategic or sensitive information Deliver tasks and activities on time and to a high standard, taking a proactive and innovative approach to business support. Utilise knowledge, key stakeholders, DM systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently and commercially Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources, providing training where required Be an effective communicator, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy that meet with company and client requirements Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility.
