The Role
We are looking for a Business Support Co-Ordinator t o deliver exceptional administrative and co ordination activities, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of the project life cycle through acting as the key contact and support throughout the project lifecycle.

An idea of what you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for project enquiries through all communication channels.
  • You’ll be creating and maintaining accurate project management trackers.
  • You’ll be liaising with relevant operational managers and project leads to schedule suitable resource and coordinate suitable travel and accommodation.
  • You’ll actively partake in relevant meetings to gain understanding of the support required for each project.
  • You’ll be liaising with external parties to apply for and arrange permits for assigned projects from inception to closure.
  • You’ll be creating and submitting pre-energisation documentation.
  • You’ll use internal management and reporting tools to produce and submit project closure documentation.
  • You’ll be communicating with key internal and external stakeholders, providing routine updates and reports at an operational and commercial level to enhance client experience.You’ll be requesting, raising and chasing invoices for ongoing works, liaising with Finance to ensure payment terms are fulfilled.

YOU’LL ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS IN:

  • Business administration
  • Basic awareness of electrical equipment
  • Professional communicationFull UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points).
