We are seeking a Business Support: FIS Systematics expertise to join our team. Responsibilities: As a Business Support (FIS Systematics) you will make an impact by working on systematic applications. You will be a valued member of the Cybersecurity team and work collaboratively with managers, team members and clients. In this role, you will: · Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. · Translate business needs into functional specifications for FIS/Systematics applications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities. · Develop and execute Easytrieve programs and terminal emulator macros for data extraction and automation tasks. · Utilize File-aid and other mainframe tools to analyze datasets, map copybooks, and perform data validation. Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mount Laurel, NJ Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. What you need to have to be considered · Minimum of 3 years' experience as Business Systems Analyst on FIS (Fidelity Information Services)/Systematics applications · Experience with 2 or more of the following FIS (Fidelity Information Services)/Systematics applications: RM, IM, ST, FM · Other (optional) application experience: HX/TX/IT/GN/SC/MA · In-depth, hands on experience from a Technology perspective, not business use · Systematics key program function & logic aligned to functional application experience · Business & System requirement writing skills with proven experience · Testing · Experience with functional manual testing · Experience reviewing technical or unit testing · Familiarity with application balancing and GL reconciliation · Experience working with both waterfall and agile methodology · Software skills required: Excel, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Monarch Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/30/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $105,000- $145,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
