We are looking for a Business Support teamie to join us while one of our colleagues is on parental leave. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly for our Auckland team of two team leaders and 20 employment consultants, during this time. This includes general administration, formatting and finalising reports using Microsoft 365 products, our leading-edge electronic database software, and the collation and presentation of data. You’ll work closely with district health board mental health teams, social development agencies, government and non-government organisations, employers and of course the wider Wise Group family. This role is for 30 hours per week, worked between Monday and Friday – some flexibility around days and times to be worked, based in Manukau (or Hamilton). You will be required to travel to our Manukau office one day per week. About You | Mōu As well as experience in a similar role, you will demonstrate: A high level of initiative and organisational skills An eagle eye for detail Technically proficient Excellent written and interpersonal skills Approachable and supportive, consistently contributing to a positive team experience.
