With a strong reputation for customer care and reliable service, we are looking for a motivated Business Support Manager to help us streamline operations and support our continued growth.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in business administration, operations, or office management
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, or related field (desirable).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in payroll, budgets, or accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative and operational support functions for car sales and garage services.
  • Manage financial processes including invoicing, payroll, supplier payments, stock purchasing, and budget control.
  • Develop and implement office systems, business policies, and compliance procedures to support efficient operations.
  • Prepare and present management reports on sales performance, workshop efficiency, and financial tracking.
  • Supervise administrative staff, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and ensure effective stock control of spare parts and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with motor industry regulations, health & safety, and consumer protection standards.
  • Support customer service, handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, online listings, and promotional initiatives to grow car sales and garage services.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and resource allocation to optimise workshop and sales operations.
