THE OPPORTUNITY

We are recruiting for a BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR RAPID DIAGNOSTICS – INFECTIOUS DISEASE BUSINESS. The role would be based in ABBOTT HOUSE, MAIDENHEAD, Berkshire and would report to the Regional General Manager North Europe.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/PROFILE

• University degree preferred
• Previous experience in business support role is essential
• A proven track record of developing and implementing procedures within commercial operations
• Experience in call monitoring system and strong knowledge of telephony KPI’s
• SAP proficiency essential
• Salesforce CRM proficiency essential
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) proficiency essential
• Strong project management and report writing skills essential
• Effective communicator
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and good business acumen
• Self-starter
• Positive attitude, team player

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Business Support Manager you will be responsible for ensuring efficient commercial excellence of the sales organisation by analysing performance data and driving improvements in sales operations , managing internal and external queries, and actively manage data systems including Salesforce and SAP to ensure seamless sales operations. You will provide key business support to our commercial organisation, customers (NHS and Distributors), driving excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency and compliance.
