WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Business Support Manager you will be responsible for ensuring efficient commercial excellence of the sales organisation by analysing performance data and driving improvements in sales operations , managing internal and external queries, and actively manage data systems including Salesforce and SAP to ensure seamless sales operations. You will provide key business support to our commercial organisation, customers (NHS and Distributors), driving excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency and compliance.
