We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-savvy Business Support Manager to support our newly appointed General Manager Technology Operations, Emma Caruso on a 6-month secondment basis. If you’re someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, loves a bit of logistical wrangling, and knows how to bring people together to get things done—this could be your next exciting move. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things coordination, planning, and communication, helping to ensure our tech operations are humming along efficiently. You’ll also be a trusted adviser to senior leaders, helping navigate complex business dynamics and making sure the right conversations happen at the right time.
But it’s not just about keeping the wheels turning—you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work. From driving collaboration across teams and supporting strategic initiatives, to managing budgets, risks, and governance processes, you’ll have your hands in a bit of everything. You’ll help us stay aligned with our organisational priorities, support change management, and make sure our communications hit the mark.
