As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, supporting instructors, and helping us deliver excellent service to our learners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business administration, operations, or support management.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in the driving school or education/training industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of driving instructors.
  • Ensuring resources and manpower is adequate to ensure efficient workflow. This would include budgeting and funds management.
  • Working alongside, and directly supporting, the director to ensure seamless client onboarding, healthy client relationships and client attraction/retention.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to support local promotional campaigns and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor customer service quality and resolve escalated issues. Dealing with any queries, complaints and dissatisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. Ensuring compliance and adherence at all times.
  • Support digital systems and booking platforms to enhance the learner journey.
