Business Support Officer, St Cadocs Hospital
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team as a Business Support Officer within the Compliance Team and St Cadocs Hospital.
As a member of the Water Safety Team , the post holder will provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative and telephony support for the Water Safety Team . The post h ol der will provide general administrative support contributing to the efficient operation of the Water Safety Team .
The post holder will be instrumental in providing administrative support to the Water Safety Team , including diary management and gener al office administrative duties, with the opportunity for development of ad ditional Business administration skills.
The successful candidate will provide secretarial support to the Water Safety Team , including support for oracle ordering and coordination and management of electronic diaries.
You will provide administrative support to the management of invoices, ensuring invoices are processed and completed to comply with financial requirements.
To act as a point of contact for telephone calls and queries for the Water Safety Team as required , ensuring that effective systems are in place to deal with and forward to the relevant member of the team appropriately.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
