Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic Business Support Officer to support our North Sydney office. This on‑site role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth day to day operations through effective coordination of office administration, facilities and people support. Key Responsibilities Front of house leadership: Welcome visitors, maintain a strong reception presence and manage incoming calls Office & facilities coordination: Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, repairs, equipment servicing and fleet administration Workplace presentation & logistics: Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are tidy and functional, coordinate mail, deliveries and support IT Employee onboarding & safety: Deliver WHS inductions, issue security passes and act as Health & Safety Lead during emergencies in line with the Crisis Management Plan ESG & sustainability support: Assist with environmental, social and governance initiatives, contributing to carbon reduction targets Events & engagement: Organise internal social activities with the Social Committee and support external corporate events Finance & travel administration: Manage office costs within budget, assist with expenses and credit card reconciliations and coordinate travel and accommodation as required Occasional support to leaders: Assist with the coordination of activities, on an ad hoc basis Qualifications Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role within the professional services industry. You will be able to commit to being present at our North Sydney office 5 days a week. In addition, you will also have: Prior experience in similar role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment. Proficiency with MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
