As a Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of
business processes, supporting both our leadership team and project teams. You will work
across administration, project coordination, client support, and business operations,
contributing directly to the success and efficiency of the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Operational Support

o Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the leadership and project
teams.
o Manage schedules, meetings, documentation, and correspondence.

o Support office operations and ensure effective workflow across departments.

  • Project & Client Support

o Assist in project coordination, tracking deliverables, and monitoring timelines.
o Prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
o Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication and follow-up on project

requirements.

  • Business Process & Documentation

o Develop and maintain business documentation, policies, and standard
operating procedures.
o Support compliance with internal processes and external regulatory
requirements.
