Genus Pole Foundations Australia Pty Ltd (Genus PFA) is a subsidiary of the ASX-listed GenusPlus Group (GNP) and a market leader in asset inspection and reinstatement services for utility providers and the private sector. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are expanding our team.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and driven candidate to fill the role of Business Support Officer (BSO) on a full-time basis at our Fortitude Valley Office.
The successful candidate will have a strong administration background in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the electrical, construction or resource industries. Reporting directly to the Project & Program Manager, the BSO’s role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Asset Inspection industry across our three regions, Brisbane, Rockhampton & Toowoomba.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of personnel records, training, and registers.
  • Liaise with office and field staff, including sourcing information on site-specific requirements for personnel.
  • Assist with purchasing/invoicing requirements, i.e. Invoicing & claims for Subcontractors monthly.
  • Assist with onboarding and mobilisation requirements.
  • Manage training matrix to ensure compliance across the regions.
