Description

The primary objective of the Business Support Officer is to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and two Directors within the Statutory Compliance Division of the NHVR. This includes managing and responding to enquiries and correspondence, coordinating the preparation and delivery of reports and dashboards, and ensuring effective document management. The role is essential in facilitating smooth operations and communication within the executive team, contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the division.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Handle sensitive enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with senior executives and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage documentation and correspondence using correct templates and grammar.
  • Use systems like OneTree for recordkeeping.
  • Reconcile corporate card expenses and manage travel bookings.
  • Support recruitment logistics and coordination.
  • Provide backup support for other business support officers and reception.
  • Ensure compliance with NHVR policies and WH&S standards.
