The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Provide high-quality effective and responsive administration support to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency and customer service.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various teams across Council contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • Manage purchase orders and the receipting of invoices in line with procurement guidelines to ensure timely payment and budget management.
  • Deliver accurate and consistent work within tight timeframes in a fast-paced high volume work environment.
  • Prioritising the competing administrative demands of the various teams within the Business Unit.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements across the Community Transport, Parking and Fleet team, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and implement solutions that result in enhanced team performance or improved service deliver
