Futureworks is looking for a dynamic Business Support Officer to join our team and provide essential administrative and financial support across a range of exciting and meaningful projects.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our projects run smoothly, supporting grant and contract management, maintaining quality assurance systems, and keeping everything on track with accurate data, financial reporting, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Project Management Team with the development and implementation of robust processes that ensure our contracts deliver quality outcomes and value for money.
  • Working closely with service users, commissioners and stakeholders to provide accurate, timely data, updates, and financial reporting – including representation at partner delivery centres (eg Careers Wales / Jobcentre Plus).
  • Assisting with the creation and delivery of quality assurance systems, monitoring frameworks, and review processes to track and enhance project performance.
