We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team and provide vital support across departments, helping to streamline processes and ensure the smooth running of our organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Study departmental operations and assess interrelationships with other business activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse work methods and procedures, measure workloads, and calculate standard times for activities, producing reports with recommendations for greater efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Support service purchasing, process client payments, and assist with contracts and contractual arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and communications to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to promotional and engagement activities, including drafting and distributing communications to raise the organisation’s profile and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist in coordinating business initiatives, projects, and stakeholder engagement activities.
