Join Our Team As a Business Support professional at PA Consulting, you will become part of a dynamic and international consulting firm. Your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless support to approx. three Partners. Your tasks will include, among other things, preparing internal and external presentations, managing meeting and travel bookings, drafting meeting minutes and follow-ups, as well as handling ad hoc assignments. In your day-to-day work, you will have a broad interface across the business and collaborate closely with our two other Business Support colleagues who perform similar roles. It is therefore important that you thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident in building strong relationships. We are looking for someone with a curious and proactive mindset who is eager to engage with the business. There is a wide range of exciting tasks, and you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and develop your role over time. Qualifications We are looking for a service-minded colleague who thrives in a fast-paced environment. It’s important that you can stay calm and organised when new requests arise, while still managing your daily tasks. To succeed in this role, you must be able to prioritise effectively, create structure, and maintain a clear overview - ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks. You bring a positive mindset and enjoy both new challenges and routine tasks. Ideally, you: Communicate clearly in both written and spoken Swedish and English Have experience from a business support, office, or administrative role Take ownership of your tasks and reliably meet deadlines and agreements Think analytically and work in a structured, solution-oriented manner Have previously worked in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Additional Information We believe that diversity fuels ingenuity.
