Description
Analyse and Clear the enquiry from the team and address it appropriately. Coordinate day-to-day work with the team members on meeting customer goals Candidate should be 1 - 2 years of experience with good analytical skills. Should have very good typing speed. Typing speed should be minimum 21-25 WPM Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client. Any Graduate with English as a compulsory subject Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (6.00 PM to 4.00 AM IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement."
