REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
  • Analytical thinker with a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated, efficient, and collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • While not a physical labor role, candidate must be able to walk frequently throughout a large facility

Responsibilities

2. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Handling administrative duties for the sales department
  • Performing data entry duties
  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls
  • Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) reporting
  • Suggesting process improvements and providing assistance to the management team as needed

3. ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL TASKS

  • Inputting CC receipts into QuickBooks (QB)
  • Inputting payable/receivable invoices into QuickBooks
  • Processing payable checks
  • Process payroll
  • Sending invoices/statements to customers and assist with receivables
