WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4 + years of experience working as an office manager, management assistant, finance support or similar role.
• A solid grasp of financial admin and invoicing — and confident working with Excel
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Someone who takes initiative, spots what needs to be done, and does it
• A natural organizer who likes supporting others and bringing structure
• An open, professional mindset — and a bit of fun never hurts either
