Responsibilities

The Opportunity Governance team is at the heart of Computacenter’s growth agenda supporting our customer’s modernization and digital transformation journeys. Appropriate governance is key for winning profitable business and delivering excellent services with managed risk. This applies to all types of customer opportunities, such as complex framework agreements, huge projects, and global Managed Services – our business is diverse and challenging. It is therefore essential that we adhere to the established rules and processes to ensure that the right people can make the right decisions for the company, at the right point in time. As a Process Specialist in the Opportunity Governance team you are organizer, point of contact and process owner.

On a daily basis:

  • Triaging incoming requests for approval enabling decisions on the right level at the required time
  • Preparing and scheduling Senior Management decision-making meetings
  • Tracking of essential preparation steps making sure the required documentation is provided, and the relevant panel is in attendance
  • Minuting meetings to provide an audit trail by accurately documenting discussion, actions and decisions
  • Gain an understanding of the policies to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with internal customers on all levels to support informed decision-making
  • Working with the Global team on process and improvement projects
