  • Experience within a Customer Service role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills – including active listening & problem solving.
  • Outstanding telephone manner.
  • The ability to resolve customer issues whilst remaining professional.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office, Word, CRM

Responsibilities
  • Process telephone orders from Dermalogica stockists quickly and accurately.
  • Offer cross functional support with regard to operating stock requirements, events and projects.
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and promotional advice to our stockists & consumers.
  • Identify up-selling opportunities throughout the ordering process.
  • Troubleshoot in relation to the stockist or the consumer’s customer experience.
  • Administrative duties as part of one of our dedicated departmental channels
