We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Pacific Rim. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our commitment to excellent client service. The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication within the firm.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience with calendar management and event planning is a plus.
