Take the next step in your career and apply today! MOL Romania is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Team Lead to join our Retail Sales & Operations team in Bucharest. The main purpose of the position is to provide operational, administrative and strategic support for the Sales and Operations department, contributing to the efficient conduct of daily operations and facilitating long-term growth, in line with the MOL Group strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating the Retail Business Support team by setting clear directions and objectives, monitoring results and providing the necessary support to achieve the Sales and Operations department's key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Business Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following: Coordinate the Business Support team to achieve the set objectives and ensure the continuous operation of operations; delegates tasks and monitors their progress Identify and constantly pursue development opportunities to maximize operational efficiency, both in the service stations and in the support team at the headquarters Coordinate and participate in the selection process of service station partners, providing administrative and executive support (publication of announcements, documentation, archiving, etc.), in a completely transparent and documented manner Coordinate and be involved in the drafting and management of contracts with station partners; provide support to the Sales and Operations department in all contractual aspects related to the operation of the station Responsible for regular monitoring of OPEX, in collaboration with the local financial control department, to optimize expenses within the limits of approved budgets; contribute to business planning and forecasting in the OPEX area Use data for business analysis, providing support in the decision-making process of the Sales and Operations department; support the sales team with reports and analyze for daily activity, as well as for strategic and periodic meetings To be successful in the role, you should have: Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance/economics) Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial/retail analysis Good communication and leadership skills, results-oriented, good negotiation and analytical skills English language – fluent Driving license – Category B What is in it for you? Responsibilities

The Business Support Team Lead will coordinate the Business Support team to achieve objectives and ensure continuous operations. Responsibilities include monitoring OPEX, supporting the Sales and Operations department, and optimizing operational efficiency.
