Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Business Development Executives to begin work for a well-established company in the Chorley area.

Experience:

• Team Leader or Supervisory: 2 years (preferred

• Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 09:20-18:30 // Friday 09:15-15:30
• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Leading a multi-skilled Business Support team, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
• Coaching and supporting your team across a variety of tasks – from client admin and customer queries to arrears handling and trust form appointments
• Keeping an eye on workloads, spotting bottlenecks, and making sure the team stays on track
• Helping the team resolve complex queries and acting as the go-to person for support and guidance
• Working closely with other departments – including Sales – to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Monitoring performance and suggesting process improvements to boost efficiency
• Making sure everyone follows internal procedures and meets compliance standards
• Supporting the Business Support Manager with reporting and day-to-day team coordination
• Start: ASAP
