We are looking for a business analyst interested in working in a dynamic, fast paced organization. As a business analyst on our team, you will be supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. In this role, you will be an integral team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to write clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements and operate as a vital link between the application development team and the business owners. Job Responsibilities Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results Collaborate with internal and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration Develop strong partnerships with business teams and other groups Deliver the required capabilities per biBERK standards Identify, design, document, and maintain system processes Requirements Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Business/Related field or equivalent working experience. 4+ Years of proven experience as a business analyst Preferred Qualifications: Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience Experience with gathering and documenting thorough business requirements and user acceptance criteria Strong knowledge of generating process documentation Outstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, problem-solving, and attention to detail Understanding of Agile methodologies Expertise with SQL and other query languages About Us biBerk is where commercial insurance buyers can obtain coverage for their businesses from insurers of the Berkshire Hathaway group of Insurance Companies, one of the best capitalized insurance groups in the world. In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. This position does not have bonus potential.
