Job Description We are looking for a Business-System Analyst with an interdisciplinary profile, combining analytical, technical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience in system or business analysis as well as technical foundations - such as experience in system design.We value individuals who can communicate with business stakeholders in a clear and accessible way while also navigating technical environments with ease. This role is part of IT Operations - a team within the CD PROJEKT RED Operations department that delivers and maintains the best possible IT environment for the company. We provide systems, platforms and support to ensure that our projects, processes and daily work run smoothly and efficiently. Scope of responsibilities Supporting the development of internal processes Collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements. Advising business and technical stakeholders on optimal system solutions. Supporting technical and business teams at every stage of work. Creating User Stories, analytical documentation, and guidelines for engineers. Describing test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Qualifications Designing solution architecture based on architectural strategy (UML). Modeling integration sequences between systems (UML). Data modeling skills (UML – simple tabular models, relationships, keys). Business process modeling (BPMN). Basic knowledge of integration patterns (API-based integrations, event-driven, webhooks). Awareness of IT security fundamentals: roles, permissions, API security (e.g., OAuth 2.0). Basic SQL knowledge – writing simple queries and understanding data structures. Good command of English (communication with coworkers, vendors, working with documentation). Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business without unnecessary technical jargon. Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and strong self-organization. Comfort working in an environment with incomplete or changing requirements, with the ability to ask clarifying questions. Nice to have Experience testing APIs using professional tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI). Ability to diagnose issues by analyzing system logs, integration errors, and monitoring. Experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., BPMS, iPaaS). Knowledge of ETL/ELT fundamentals and data processing in cloud environments. Experience working with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Understanding of the GameDev industry. Knowledge of production and operational processes (e.g., production, finance, administration, HR). A passion for games.
