We are looking for a System/Business Analyst – Remote Position – Strong English Skills Main Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document requirements from multiple stakeholders Develop and manage functional and non-functional requirements Translate business rules into pseudo-code Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Model business processes and data flows to identify improvement opportunities Create clear and comprehensive documentation from scratch Collaborate with clients to define priorities and manage expectations Maintain and prioritize the product backlog Support Product Owners, Technical Managers, and Developers in planning, estimation, and roadmap creation Mandatory Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or higher) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) Solid technical background, including SQL and database knowledge Proven experience in data migration and transformation projects Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Team collaboration and conflict resolution skills We offer: Meal Voucher and Food Voucher: Monthly benefits for your food expenses, both at home and outside.
