ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with T24 (Temenos) banking systems or mortgage systems.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with business process mapping, data analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades related to T24 or mortgage systems.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
  • Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new system changes.
  • Assist in system configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
  • Provide user training and ongoing system support to internal stakeholders.
  • Document system processes, workflows, and key decision points.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
