JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the successful delivery of IT initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, assisting in solution evaluations, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

1. REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & ANALYSIS

• Work closely with business users to collect, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into system specifications and process flows.
• Participate in user story development and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business process mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business users and technical teams.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Exposure to budgeting or vendor engagement is an added advantage.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are beneficial but not required.
