Materials Management Business Systems Analyst will support the Business by; • Responsible for the support and administration of Materials Management applications managed and supported by Information Systems. • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to end users • Monitor and maintain performance of the applications • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the applications • Identify, build case for change, seek approval and implement improvements • Establish and maintain working relationship with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to ensure all requirements are met • Driving agreed roadmap, initiatives and projects to achieve the set objectives • Technology lead for Materials Management initiatives; ERP, Mobility, User Experience • Be the voice for driving innovations As a Material Management Business Systems Analyst in Glencore Coal – the following are core business expectations • Support the business and deliver roadmap items • Adhere to Change Management Processes • Identify Business Improvement Opportunities • Lead/support projects where required Glencore provides unrivalled career and development prospects, great communities and the opportunity to work with leaders in your field.
