For further information, please visit www.inetum.com Job Description Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed, clear, and actionable technical specifications Design and document integration flows, system architectures, and data models for complex ecosystem solutions Collaborate with technical teams to define, design, and validate APIs, data structures, validation rules, and connectivity mechanisms Write and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries for analysis, prototyping, and integration testing activities Lead or support functional, technical, and end‑to‑end testing for system integrations. Contribute expert knowledge to Customer Interaction projects, defining processes, workflows, configurations, and system logic Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including models, diagrams, interface specifications, and operational guidelines Monitor API performance in collaboration with engineering teams and propose improvements or optimizations when needed Use AI tools consistently to improve analysis workflows, documentation speed, quality assurance, and solution optimization Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across all project phases Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis, ideally within complex, multi‑system environments At least intermediate‑level skills in one SQL flavor (T‑SQL, PL/SQL, DB2 SQL) or NoSQL Proven hands‑on experience with systems integration, including designing, implementing, and testing API‑based integrations Previous involvement in Customer Interaction projects (medium‑term) is mandatory.
