POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (JD Edwards) to support and optimize our Manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technical teams, responsible for ERP system implementations, process improvements, and ongoing support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP systems.
• Experience in Manufacturing modules (MRP, Procurement, BOM, Inventory Management, Shop Floor)preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with JD Edwards upgrades and large-scale ERP implementations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
• Familiarity with EDI integrations and financial reporting tools (ReportsNow, Insight).
