Job Title: Business System Analyst – Wealth ManagementLocation: Fort Mill,SC || Experience: 10–12+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management domain to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, design system solutions, and support delivery of platforms supporting portfolio management, advisory, trading, and client reporting functions.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with wealth management business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and system requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Work with product, architecture, and development teams to design scalable and compliant system solutions. Support platforms related to portfolio management, client onboarding, advisory services, performance reporting, and trading workflows. Conduct gap analysis between current and target system capabilities. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications. Coordinate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate delivered functionality. Support UAT cycles and production releases. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements. Act as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the SDLC. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or Business Analyst. Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management. Experience with: Portfolio management systems Investment products (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, alternatives) Advisory and client lifecycle workflows Performance & risk reporting Hands-on experience writing detailed functional and system requirements. Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows. Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models. Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
