We are looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst to join the Information Management / Application team, supporting insurance business applications, system enhancements, projects, testing, and application issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business/user requirements
• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications
• Perform process modelling, feasibility study and system impact analysis
• Act as a bridge between business users, solution teams and vendors
• Configure/setup products and system processing based on business requirements
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases
• Perform system/integration testing and manage/monitor UAT
• Investigate application issues and perform issue/root-cause analysis
• Support system enhancements and application development initiatives
• Plan and manage project/enhancement timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and solution teams to ensure timely delivery
• Support data extraction and analysis for issue investigation
• Prepare issue analysis reports and recommend appropriate solutions
