More information at: www.inetum.com Job Description Understand and clarify business requirements across the Risk area and translate them into clear functional and non-functional specifications Analyze the impact of new requirements and changes on existing systems, including Data Warehouses and upstream/downstream applications Define and document source-to-target mappings, business rules, data transformations, reporting requirements, and KPIs Deliver scalable data solutions that support critical Risk domains, including data platforms, reporting capabilities, and data sets Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Developers, QA teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle Contribute to data requirement gathering, solution design activities, impact analysis for system changes, testing activities including UAT and data validation, and post go-live stabilization Support data quality initiatives, data governance activities, data lineage processes, and the definition and evolution of data products Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, Data Analyst, or System Analyst, with strong exposure to business and system analysis Solid experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Pipelines, Reporting and BI solutions, along with SQL (PL-SQL or similar) Familiar with AI tools at user level and able to work in modern data environments leveraging technologies such as Databricks, BI/Analytics platforms, Data Governance and Lineage solutions, and AI/Copilot tools Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, curious, and solution-driven, with the ability to work in complex environments involving data, integration, compliance, and regulatory requirements Nice to have/Open to Learn: Previous experience within the Risk domain and exposure to risk or regulatory reporting environments Knowledge of Data Modelling and experience with system integrations and data mapping activities Experience working in Agile delivery environments Familiarity with Data Governance solutions, BI and Analytics platforms, and AI/Copilot tools Interest in modern data architectures, data products, governance frameworks, automation, and AI-enabled data solutions Additional Information Full access to foreign language learning platform Personalized access to tech learning platforms Tailored workshops and training to sustain your growth Medical insurance Meal tickets Monthly budget to allocate on flexible benefit platform Access to 7 Card services Wellbeing activities and gatherings
