Description

ERP System implementation Gathering requirements from stakeholders Analyzing current business processes and systems Developing functional requirements Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements Testing and implementing system solutions ERP Operation support Support system setup and configuration for new store/outlet setup. Support on Master Data Controller (MDC) and System promotion setup. providing training and support to users. Available to remote support (8:00PM to 12:00PM) 3 days per week as rotating schedule. ERP System improvement. Identifying areas for improvement. Creating procedures to improve the existing systems. Assessing hardware and software needs and providing recommendations for improvements. *Knowledge Responsibilities: ERP system setup and configure, ERP system operation support and training. * Internal/External Interactions: Operations Team, Finance Team,BKK IT Team, Group CIO *Education/Certification Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, systems development, or a related field. * Knowledge, Skills and Experience: At least 1+ years experience in system development Experience with database management system Understanding software development life cycle, Analytical Thinking

Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation, operation, and improvement of ERP systems, including gathering requirements and designing technical solutions. Provides ongoing support for system configuration, master data control, and user training.
