Experience in requirement gathering and use cases development
Skilled in facilitating technical discussions and providing knowledge transfer to clients and internal staff
Experience working in an Agile environment on a self-managed team
Strong ability to present ideas, lead technical walkthroughs, and produce clear status updates
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong technical aptitude and can adapt to new technologies quickly
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and move initiatives forward
Technical Business Systems Analysts (BSA) need a blend of strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to bridge business needs with IT solutions, alongside technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, system architecture, SDLC methodologies, focusing on requirements gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation to design, test, and implement effective technology solutions.
Familiarity with SoapUI, Postman, and XSD
Familiarity with JIRA, and Confluence .
Strong technical curiosity and practical understanding of AI and automation technologies and how they can be applied to improve business processes, data insights, and system capabilities
Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud services and platforms.
Cybersecurity: Understanding risk management principles.
