ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a dynamic public health team as the Business Systems Coordinator, leading the enhancement of business systems and operational processes to support efficient service delivery. This pivotal role oversees administrative functions, drives workflow improvements, and supports project management across the unit. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll prepare strategic reports, contribute to business planning, and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead improvements to business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and ensure policy compliance.
  • Supervise the Administrative Officer and manage administrative workflows through effective delegation.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of project management frameworks across the unit.
  • Prepare strategic reports and dashboards to inform senior leadership and support decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
