Key responsibilities You will be responsible for the business systems support for the stowage community to ensure business continuity. You are also responsible for ensuring all business systems are compliant with existing policies and standards within stowage community. 1. Vessel Data & Profile Management Assist in coordinating with stowage teams and external vendors to deliver vessel profiles and stability programs on time. Manage and prioritize vessel profiling tasks for Maersk, IAS, and feeder vessels. Maintain and update vessel information in the database to ensure accuracy and completeness. 2. System Support & Issue Resolution Support the development, testing, deployment, and improvement of stowage-related systems and tools. Identify and follow up on system issues (technical defects or user challenges) to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot basic system queries (installation, usage, setup) and support preventive measures to avoid recurring issues. 3. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep vessel configuration details updated (e.g., slots, reefers, pigtails) to optimize capacity. Participate in process and system improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience. Contribute ideas and support team initiatives to improve workflows and operational performance. We’re looking for Degree in Engineering, Naval Engineering, or Naval Architecture Exposure to data tools (e.g., Power BI, VBA, Power Automate) or basic programming is advantageous Strong problem-solving and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to operations Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Recent graduates are welcome to apply This role is open for local employment only.
